- I am originally from Chicago area and lived for 8 years with my husband in Ft. Lauderdale FL. Recently moved to Raleigh area and really enjoy living in NC - rolling hills, beautiful trees, all 4 seasons...only thing I am not sure about is why it is SO hot this summer - we MOVED to get away from the heat!! :)

- Who inspires you... who would you like to meet?
- I enjoy meeting people online and networking with cool people that are thinking outside the box and want to escape the deadly J.O.B. mentality - take the plunge and find freedom online doing your own thing online!! People that actually make it outside the 9 to 5 mentality - that have some vision on how they want to control their lives and not let others control them. I have been on both sides and love the idea of helping others but also being mentored by people who are successful online - if you are already successful - I would LOVE to meet you! :) If you aren't but WANT to be...talk to me and I can help you figure out what would work for you :)

What is your WHY?
Hi friends -
Why are YOU in business online? What is YOUR why? Many say...I want to make money. Well, that is not your why, that is what you want to DO. Your WHY could be many things...
Take some time and think. Why do you want to start a business? Make a list of all of the reasons you want to build a Home Based Business. Those with a real burning desire will have the fuel needed to drive their business forward.
1. Build a business so you will have extra income for retirement.
2. Save money for college for your children.
3. Want a career change.
4. Tired of running out of money at the end of the month.
5. Want to replace your income from your job.
6. Tired of the long commute to your job.
7. Got a dead end job with no advancement and want out!
8. Want to be financially independent.
Which of those describe YOU?
Personally, the main reason I want to work from home and establish myself online as a teacher/mentor is just for the satisfaction of helping others escape dead end jobs and the sense of hopelessness that people feel when they feel they have no alternatives.
I believe that each one of us is "worth" so much more than our "J.O.B,"s are willing to give us credit for...and then when we finally make the decision to break away and do something else...that is the scary part!! :>
You really need to treat your own business as a business - first research what is right for you - then find a mentor or two online - hopefully in your company that will be willing to help you especially if you are new at marketing online.
There are many free resources online if you need to learn from the ground up - it will take time but the education is worth it!
The sense of accomplishment you will feel when your business starts making money will be more than just the money - it will be priceless! :)

DON'T promote your product!!
Don't promote a product, promote yourself!!
