Dean went to school at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC then transfered to Pillsbury Baptist Bible College where he met and married Gladys. Dean finished college in Texas and became assistant pastor in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He later pastored several small churches in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Indiana. After 25 years of pastoring he left that ministry to work in children's homes in North & South Carolina. We are retired and make our home in Mauldin, SC. We have been married 43 years. March of 2007 Dean had a stroke with left him disabled. He is not able to work. He always as a pastor had a way with words, therefore he started writing poetry. OUR BUSINESS:
We bought our website in April of 2006 to help suppliment our retirement.
We started to sell Pepper Spray because Dean saw how effective it was when he experienced it in training for work at Prairie Correctional. The income from our website has become helpful since Dean had the stroke. I am able to work from home and still care for him.
Recently we decided to expand our site to include Home Security.

One vehicle is stolen every 20 seconds.
* Keep your car in good running condition.
* Make sure there's enough gas to get where you're going.
* Always carry a cell phone.
* Check inside around and under the car before getting in.
* Drive with your car doors locked and your windows up.

Sunday around 5 PM I headed into the Target in Philadelphia, in an area of town where crime is rare. As I began walking in, an elderly lady shouted to me from the passenger seat of a car.

Will they recall a father’s touch?
As years go by it means so much.
Special occasions must be seized.
It says, “My child, with this I’m pleased.”
That word of praise you give them now,
Will be recalled someday, somehow.
It makes them stand up tall and straight.
So say it now before too late.
These seem such little things to do.
But these things say that, I love you.
That touch, that word they will recall,
When their children start to crawl.
The hand’s for more than discipline.
With it you touch the heart within.
To lift, to guide, to point the way.
Use in with love on them today.

CAN GOD BLESS AMERICA?

“God bless America,” we hear it everywhere.
But can God bless our land, when He’s not sought in prayer?
His Word is left unread and heeded even less.
And yet we say “God bless.” How can He answer, yes?
We print “In God We Trust” upon our currency.
“One nation under God.” His name we speak most free.
Maybe I’m a skeptic who sees the darker view.
For those, through Him, made new, have dwindled to a few.
“The wicked shall be turned” His word says, “Into hell.”
“All nations that forget their God”* and who rebel.
He’s taken from the schools, forbidden in the class.
Now I’m afraid alas, His word has come to pass.
Can God bless our land, no longer under God?
Or will we see His wrath and feel His judgement rod?
The choice is ours to make, the future’s in our hand.
If we will take a stand, we’ll see God bless our land.
Revival is the key His word speaks loud and clear.
He calls us to repent. He calls, but will we hear?
He is a God of grace with mercies new each day.
If we would bow and pray, and walk the narrow way.
